Build reliable, evaluated LLM features — RAG, agents, and the eval harnesses that keep them honest.

What you'll do

Build retrieval and agent pipelines for client products
Design evaluation sets and regression suites
Own cost, latency, and quality budgets in production
Stay provider-agnostic across model vendors

What we're looking for

3+ years software engineering, Python and/or TypeScript
Hands-on experience shipping LLM features to production
Understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation
Pragmatism about when not to use an LLM
